This charming little restaurant is worth the typical wait at breakfast for a table. If you are a single or couple you might grab a seat at the bar faster. I had the veggie omelette with egg whites and fruit instead of hash browns (which looked delicious) but splurged on the cinnamon cornbread as my side. All outstanding, including the coffee! No wonder they've been around so long. Be prepared they only take cash, there's an atm but I'm guessing the fees are high.

We love it here! It's always a must stop for our annual trips. Although there's generally a long wait time, I do recommend coming in for an early breakfast or early dinner. The service here is always great & the staff are very attentive. I absolutely love the chicken pot pie, it's a must try :)

This was our second choice. We stopped at the grizzly manor cafe, but it was the size of a closet and decided it wasn't worth the wait. We stopped here instead and waited about 30 minutes to get seated. It was the day after 4th of July so not bad.The staff were super friendly. The restaurant was really comfortable and had indoor and outdoor seating options. The food was really delicious and put together really well. We had a really good dining experience here. The chicken fried steak was so good. The teddy bear Benedict is a take of biscuits and gravy with pastrami. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The cash only is a little annoying and the coffee was a little weak. I want to come back for the PIE! Worth the stop worth the wait.
